Maya Manpower offers trusted and professional domestic staffing services. Our client registration ensures a smooth hiring process with verified candidates, clear agreements, and reliable support.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Service Charges
The service charge for the client is 50% of the decided salary.
20% to be paid at the time of registration.
30% to be paid after maid selection (within 3 days).
This payment should be made directly to Maya Manpower.
The monthly salary is to be handed directly to the candidate.
Contract Terms
Contract period: 1 year.
6 months replacement period (maximum 2 replacements).
If the client cancels the contract for any reason, no refund will be provided.
During the 6-month replacement time, if the client cancels the contract, the service charges will not be refunded.
Responsibilities & Limitations
Maya Manpower is not responsible for any wrong behaviour or characteristics between candidates and clients.
Any payment (advance/loan etc.) made to the employee is the sole responsibility of the client.
If such a transaction happens, the client must inform the company.
Job Description & Duties
Prior to maid placement, the client must provide a clear job description.
The client cannot assign work outside the job description.
If additional work is demanded, Maya Manpower will not replace the maid nor refund the service charges.
Replacements
If invoices are settled and the candidate resigns, a free replacement within 15 days will be provided (subject to availability).
Documentation
Candidate’s documents will be given only after full and final payment.
Candidate’s background verification and reference checks will be based on candidate communication and provided details.
Renewal
Annual renewal fees will be charged (based on decided salary).
Renewal fees must be paid 30 days prior to expiry of the tenure.
